On 11th December I visited Leeds and while there enjoying a fantastic walk around the city sights I took some photos of the almost complete Cirrus Point development which is said to be the tallest student accommodation building in the world at 134m with 44 floors.

Designed by Cunniff Design for developer Olympian Homes and constructed by RG Group as principal contractors, the development has been largely funded by Cain International as the investment partner.

The main tower topped out in October and now stands proud as the tallest building in Leeds, gleaming white with the facade almost completed.
