In August 2005 I visited Amsterdam for a photography trip with my 35mm film camera. I also too an early digital compact camera, a Canon Powershot that had 3 megapixels. I was actually surprised at the quality, the resolution was low for larger prints but I have since upscaled them with the Adobe Photoshop ‘Super Resolution’ feature to about 12 megapixels and reprocessed them in Lightroom, they are amazing!

I have created some galleries, they are down-converted for hosting on my website to much lower resolution but still look much better having adjusted the white balance and colour/levels.
