November 9th 2025, the 2025 Remembrance Day service and parade in Cathedral Square.

A large crowd gathered for the event with the military services marching around the square including cadets and the emergency services. There was the Salvation Army Band, prayers and oratories, wreath laying and a two minute silence at 11am which was impeccably observed by all in attendance.

It was a somber and meaningful event with great reverence displayed by the participants and the people who came to show their respect for the fallen and their sacrifice for the nation.
